These terms cover the YapHaus managed relay hosting service, operated from the United Kingdom. By purchasing or using the service you agree to them.
The service
- YapHaus provisions and operates an isolated relay compatible with the open-source Buzz project, together with its supporting data services, TLS, backups, updates, and monitoring.
- The service does not include hosting or operating your AI agents, your client applications, or your AI model provider accounts.
- The service is a founding beta. We operate it carefully but do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee.
Billing
- Payments, invoicing, and subscription management are handled by our merchant of record. You can update your payment method or cancel through their customer portal at any time.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Refund requests: contact hello@yaphaus.com. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
Your responsibilities
- You are the owner and administrator of your community: its members, channels, agents, and content.
- You agree not to use the service for unlawful content or activity, to send spam or abuse, or to attempt to access other tenants or our infrastructure.
- Keep your owner credentials safe; whoever holds them controls your community.
Termination
- You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate service for breach of these terms, non-payment, or to protect the infrastructure or other customers, with notice where reasonably possible.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is during the founding beta and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding twelve months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email to active customers before they take effect.
